SHANGHAI, Dec 6, 2010 - (ACN Newswire) - Shanghai Spring, the first professional real estate exhibition established in Shanghai, is preparing for its March 17th-20th 2011 exhibition by increasing the participation of international property developers and establishing a devoted home living and redecoration component. In the process, Shanghai Spring plans to welcome some 300 domestic and international property groups for the grand opening of Shanghai Spring next year.
In 2009, the total value of new home sales in Mainland China surged 80% year on end to RMB 3.8 trillion ($571 billion USD). To this end, Spring will launch feature areas made up of three different display sections: the "Living My Way Home Module", a "Smart Home Interactive Zone", and a "Low Carbon Emissions Model Home".
