BEIJING, June 16, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - According to the recent report of Qualitymp3player.com, in the latest round of litigation, Apple accused Samsung of harassing its suppliers of smart phones and tablet PCs.
Qualitymp3player.com points out that in the complaint, Apple rejected Samsung's requirement of seeing the prototypes of iPad 3 and iPhone 5. Apple noted that Samsung announced, released and described the details of the product which it should transfer to Apple on June 17. But in fact iPad 3 and iPhone 5 can not be released to the public. Samsung's behavior is unreasonable, and it also caused harassment to Apples due to its requirement of the understanding of the extreme secrecy of the supplier information, which has nothing to with Apple's defend in the litigation.
Qualitymp3player.com (http://www.qualitymp3player.com/Products/) also believes that Samsung's requirement of asking to know the next generation products of Apple's iPhone and iPad is too much, beyond the tolerance range of Apple.

Apple claims itself as the copyright owner of infringement litigation, and Samsung is only one copy of its products. In the future the iPhone and iPad do not need to show to the outside world. Apple also pointed out that Samsung products are now involved in infringement, but did not specify how its products will be in the future.
