BEIJING, July 18, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - According to the recent research of Furnitureschina.com Samsung LED sued Osram Company on Sunday in the U.S. ITC and Asked the United States to ban the import of its products.
Furnitureschina.com reports that Osram is a subsidiary of Siemens Company. By doing so, Osram intends to strengthen its own light-emitting diode technology patents." In response, Samsung LED in last month counterclaimed Osram in South Korea.
