This table-top optical Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is equipped with telecentric Discovery zoom lens from Carl Zeiss Microscopy, as well as multi-point contact scanning sensor VAST XXT. The telecentric lens allows test objects with different material thickness in the camera image to be measured in the right imaging scale. The low probing force and contact scanning VAST XXT enable precision probing for true 3D form and position measurements.
