With an aim of promoting Chinese films and televisions in the overseas markets, both sides wrapped up an agreement on overseas sales of commerciogenic Chinese films and televisions in virtue of China Digital Licensing Group's overseas film and video distribution resources.
Huaxia Film Distribution Co., Ltd. is one of China's most powerful and influential film companies. Following the China Film Group Corporation, it's the second institution owning national distribution rights for imported films in mainland China. China Digital Licensing (Group) Limited is a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. With entertainment and culture content as its core business, the company has set up a platform providing channel and user diversity services.
