HONG KONG, Mar 13, 2014 - (ACN Newswire) - AV Concept Holdings Limited (namely "AV Concept" or the "Group"; Stock code:595) enters into an agreement with Telecom Service One Limited (namely "TSO"; a wholly owned subsidiary of Telecom Service One Holdings Limited; stock code: 8145) in developing an "Online to Offline Promotion Partner" (the "O2O Promotion Partner") to which AV Concept will leverage on Free4u platform to launch O2O promotion for the smartphone accessories of TSO; and TSO will be appointed as the sole fulfillment distributor for selling and promoting game cards in their customer services centers and as a strategic partner in promoting the games launched by Koocell and Me2on to their customers.
The development of the O2O sales platform will provide more solid customer base for Free4u. The Group aims to boost the growth of smartphone apps and games developed by Koocell and Korean mobile games operator, Me2on by leveraging on the vast client resources of Telecom Services One.
Smartphone game players can simply buy game prepaid cards from TSO's customer service centres by cash or other payment methods. TSO will try their best endeavor to sell and promote the prepaid cards to their customers for buying Koocell's and Me2on's smartphone games and other virtual goods for applying in the Three Kingdoms-themed puzzle RPG game "Tale Of Three Kingdoms" and large scale Fulpot Poker game, and so on.
TSO has a large scale central repair and refurbishment centre and some services centres in different parts of Hong Kong which mainly serve as a service provider to provide repair and refurbishment services for the products and to the customers of their corporate clients comprising manufacturers of mobile phones and personal electronic products, telecommunication service providers and global services companies.
