| 45 winning entries from 29 hospitals in Asia will be recognized in Cebu City, Philippines |
Cebu City, Philippines, July 28, 2014 - (ACN Newswire) - Hospital Management Asia (HMA) announced the winners of the 13th Asian Hospital Management Awards (AHMA). Forty-five (45) winning entries from twenty-nine (29) hospitals in nine Asian countries will be awarded on August 29, Friday, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cebu City, Philippines. Please see the winners list provided below.
For thirteen years now, AHMA has been recognizing hospitals in Asia that have implemented outstanding programs and best practices that served patients, hospital employees, and the community. Eleven awards categories were vied for including two new ones - Community Hospital Improvement and Innovations in Healthcare IT.
The AHMA 2014 winners will be displaying posters of their respective programs during the two-day conference on August 28 and 29 at the Radisson Blu Hotel. Apart from adding transparency to the process, the poster display will offer a venue for the winners to share the benefits of their winning programs with the HMA community.
The awarding ceremonies of AHMA 2014 will take place during the Awards Gala Dinner at Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu on the evening of August 29, Friday.
