| Appoints Dr. Slim Feriani as Chief Investment Officer |
MONTREAL, QUEBEC, Jan 22, 2016 - (ACN Newswire) - ROI Land Investments Ltd. (OTC: ROII) ("ROI" or the "Company"), a diversified real estate land development investment company, today announced it has engaged Gulf Central Agency Asset Management ("GCA"), a London-based investment management and corporate finance advisory firm, to assist ROI in establishing a London presence and introduce the Company to GCA's global client base. In addition, Dr. Slim Feriani, Chairman at GCA, has been appointed Chief Investment Officer ("CIO") at ROI to further enhance the Company's capabilities.

The current Chairman and CIO of GCA, Dr. Feriani brings 20 years of global investment experience. Prior to his current roles, he was Managing Partner and CEO of MENA Capital, a London-based investment management company focused on the stock markets of the Middle East and North Africa. From 2005 to 2014, he held the roles of Executive Chairman, CEO and CIO at Advance Emerging Capital ("AEC"), where he managed funds investing in emerging and frontier markets. During his tenure at AEC, Dr. Feriani also analyzed and invested in several real estate funds and projects in various countries. Prior to that, he worked at Martin Currie Investment Management and Nomura International. Dr. Feriani holds an MBA and a Ph.D. in Finance & Investments from The George Washington University, where he taught Finance and International Finance for seven years and currently serves on the board of its business school.
