Zhongjun Becomes a Strategic Shareholder of Creative Energy

HONG KONG, July 21, 2016 - (ACN Newswire) - According to the Disclosure of Interests information published on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Zhong Jun Investment Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited, a subsidiary of Zhongjun Capital Investment Management Co., Ltd. ("Zhongjun"), has become a strategic shareholder of Creative Energy Solutions Holdings Limited ("Creative Energy" or the "Group"; Stock Code: 8109) by subscribing 63,360,000 of its shares, representing 5% of the issued share capital of Creative Energy.

Zhongjun, a company incorporated with limited liability in the PRC, mainly provides asset management services for "Five Militaries, Three Groups". "Five Militaries" represents military industry enterprises, civil military enterprises, Association for Discharged Soldiers enterprises, military entrepreneurs' enterprises and discharged soldiers' distinguished enterprise, whereas "Three Group" represents the existing 57,000,000 discharged soldiers, their families and soldiers in active service. The substantial shareholders of Zhongjun include: 1. China Association of Career Promotion for Veterans, a national association in the PRC; 2. Minsheng Shanglian Capital Company Limited, a private enterprise in the PRC; and 3. China Shuangwei Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of China National Tobacco Corporation.

In May 2016, Kirin Financial Group Limited ("Kirin"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding with Zhongjun, pursuant to which Kirin and Zhongjun will initiate deep collaboration for the merger and acquisition of institutions holding financial licenses such as banking, insurance and securities, etc. In early July 2016, two parties has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement. According to the JV Agreement, the JV Company plans to develop a series of training courses, marketing and promotion activities. In addition, the JV Company will provide China veterans and their family members with no less than 50,000 places of study tours for five specific subjects including Investment, Medical Benefits, Retirement Protection, Business Start-up and Wealth Creation and Training.
