HONG KONG, Jan 31, 2018 - (Media OutReach) - Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan unveiled his world-first wax figure at Madame Tussauds Hong Kong. Varun Dhawan is the youngest Bollywood superstar and the 4th Indian figure to join the star lineup in the attraction, set to take the fame attraction at The Peak by storm with his charm. Madame Tussauds Hong Kong welcomes the Bollywood star Varun Dhawan came face to face from Mumbai to meet his world-first figure. "I can't believe I can be the one to stand next to the figures of various celebrities and world leaders one day," commented Varun. To commemorate the momentous occasion, Varun also invited his parents to witness. The family took a series of photos with the extremely lifelike figure.
Dressed in a cool pair of his own jeans and shirt, the dynamic figure features Varun Dhawan's trademark dancing move. A team of professional Madame Tussauds sculpting team was specially travelled to Mumbai to work with Varun Dhawan on a detailed sitting. The five-hour sitting process captured every detail includes eyes, teeth, his iconic smile and six pack. "I'm so excited to finally see my figure. It is so real," said Varun Dhawan. In partnership with International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA), Madame Tussauds Hong Kong unleashed a brand-new dancing experience with AR (Augmented Reality) technology. Stepping onto the dance floor, visitors are able to dance with the Bollywood dancers. Varun Dhawan also took this exclusive chance to try out this new wax experience. He could not wait to rock the dance floor when he heard the music of Saturday Saturday. Varun commented in excitement "Let's dance and see who gets the best move!"
