BEIJING, June 6, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - According to a market research recently published by Isp.org.cn, entitled "2011-2015 U.S. Small Business Forecast: the restoration of expenditure growth to promote critical infrastructural investment", the high tech spending of nearly 800 million U.S. small and medium enterprises in 2011 will reach 125 billion U.S. dollars, higher than the 120 billion U.S. dollars in 2010.
