In 2010, revenue of the annual global business intelligence tools market grew 12.7%, an increase of $893 million from 2009.

Chinacomputerparts.com points out that in 2010 the top ten vendors accounted for 72% of sales revenue. The year on year growth rate of MicroStrategy, Oracle, Panorama Software and QlikTech are more than the overall market average. The countries that exceeded the global average growth rate are Australia, Canada, India, Korea and China.
