Mobile-health Network Solutions and Ryde Group Ltd Sign Partnership Agreement
SINGAPORE, June 27, 2024 - (NewMediaWire) - Mobile-health Network Solutions (Nasdaq: MNDR) ("MaNaDr" or “the Company"), a leading Asia-Pacific telehealth provider, today announced it has signed a partnership agreement (“Partnership”) with Ryde Group Ltd. (NYSE American: RYDE) (“Ryde”), a leading technology platform for mobility and quick commerce, that aims to address the challenges faced by Ryde’s driver-partners and their families in accessing quality healthcare.

These challenges, which include the spiraling out-of-pocket costs of primary healthcare visits and prescription medications, often present a financial burden for these driver-partners.
As per the Partnership, all Ryde driver-partners and their families will have the right, effective August 1, 2024, to the following health and wellness benefits from MaNaDr:
1) Affordable Teleconsultations. Access to MaNaDr's 24/7 telemedicine platform at members’ rates, ensuring timely, affordable, and convenient medical consultations.
2) Doorstep Medication Delivery. Convenient access to necessary medication, eliminating the need to visit the clinic.
3) Long-term Health Focus. Regular medical check-ups can provide early intervention for minor health issues and prevent them from possibly developing into bigger problems that require more extensive and expensive treatment.
In addition, the Partnership creates mutual benefits such as
1) Increased Brand Awareness: Both companies will engage in a joint marketing campaign to promote each other's services to their respective user bases.
