Renowned watch company China Haidian Holdings Limited ("China Haidian" or the "Group;" stock code: 256) is pleased to announce its shareholders have approved at the Annual General Meeting today the change of the Group's English name from "China Haidian Holdings Limited" to "Citychamp Watch & Jewellery Group Limited" to clearly reflect the Group's principal focus on the watch and jewelry business.
