HONG KONG, July 30, 2012 - (ACN Newswire) - China All Access (Holdings) Limited (the "Company" or "CAA", HKSE: 633), a leading provider of integrated information communication application solutions and application services in the PRC, successfully signed "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" (the "agreement") with Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment Corporation (the "ZTE", HKSE: 763), a global supplier of telecommunications equipment and network solutions. The partnership is expected to bring synergies in wireless communication technology product, application service and networking and system development. The agreement maps out a mutually beneficial strategic alliance between CAA and ZTE across a broad range of sectors, from mobile communication, multimedia digital trunking communication, smart city projects, to public emergency response and command systems. China All Access will work with ZTE on R&D, operations, and system integration and service inprivate and cooperate communication networks and informatization development. The cooperation covers project-based cooperation, joint program development (through an TD-LTE Innovation Laboratory to be created jointly in Beijing), coordinated marketing and executive management plan, joint project applications and capital market cooperation.
