Thomson Reuters Third-Quarter 2012 Earnings Announcement and Webcast Postponed Due to Expected Severe Weather Conditions
Postponed conference call and webcast now scheduled for 8:30 a.m. EDT on Friday, November 2, 2012

NEW YORK, Oct 29, 2012 - (ACN Newswire) - Thomson Reuters (NYSE, TSX: TRI), the world's leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals, today postponed its third-quarter 2012 earnings announcement due to the expected severe weather conditions related to Hurricane Sandy.

The rescheduled earnings announcement will be issued via news release on Friday, November 2, 2012.

"I have taken this decision in light of the exceptional circumstances due to Hurricane Sandy. It is best that our employees, shareholders and other stakeholders focus on staying safe during the impending storm. We intend to announce our third-quarter results this coming Friday as conditions improve," said James C. Smith, chief executive officer of Thomson Reuters.

Mr. Smith and Stephane Bello, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will now host the conference call and simultaneous webcast at 8:30 a.m. EDT on Friday morning in the usual manner. Discussions may include forward-looking information.
