ETS Group Announces 2012 Annual Results
Diversifies into Business Centre Operation Business
to Accelerate Further Business Growth

HONG KONG, Mar 19, 2013 - (ACN Newswire) - ETS Group Limited ("ETS" or the "Group") (Stock Code: 8031) announced its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2012 (the "Year").

During the year under review, the Group recorded total revenue of HK$164.6 million (FY2011: HK$195.8 million). Gross profit was increased from 19.6% to 21.8% year-on-year, attributable to efficient utilisation of resources and extensive staff training programs. The Group's profit attributable to owners of the Company was HK$14.2 million (FY2011: HK$19.2 million), mainly due to decrease in revenue from staff insourcing service and outsourcing outbound contact service. The Board has resolved to recommend the payment of a final dividend of HK1.1 cents per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2012 (FY2011: nil).

As the major industries the Group serves have experienced modest growth during the year, the Group was able to maintain its business volume and scale of services. Even the rental and labor costs increase continuously, the Group still achieved growth in gross profit margin, underlying our efficient utilization of experienced contact service staff."

Business Review
The principle services of the Group include five categories, namely outsourcing inbound contact service, outsourcing outbound contact service, staff insourcing service and contact service centre facilities management service and others, which accounted for 5.9%, 37.3%, 35.7% and 18.3% and 2.8% of the Group's total revenue respectively.

The service demand in outsourcing inbound and outbound contact services remained relatively steady in the year, and the utilization rate of contact service centre was over 85% during the year. However, revenue of the staff insourcing business dropped due to the conversion arrangement of insourced staff to client staff. Facilities management service continued to maintain a healthy growth of 13.5%. The revenue of licence fee income of WISE-xb System and sales of system and software, surged from HK$1.2 million to HK$4.5 million with gross profit margin at 77.4%.

During the year, the Group allocated considerable amount of resources on staff recruitment, retention and training to recruit and retain quality contact service staff. By renewing the ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and the P2P Telemarketing Code of Practice Certificate in 2012, the Group successfully upholds its credit in the industry and professional standing for its business.

Prospects
Leveraging its over 20 years' client servicing experience and comprehensive understanding of the client's diversified needs, the Group has opened its first business centre named "Elite Business Centre" in February 2013. The Grade-A office premises located amid the commercial hub of East Kowloon District with unsurpassed accessibility and delightful view, targets to provide comprehensive service to small and medium-sized enterprises who wish to trim traditional office costs while maintain business professionalism. It occupies over 8,000 square feet accommodating rooms with size ranging from 2 to 6 persons per room, in modern and professional internal design plus comprehensive supporting facilities and service. It's expected that this new business centre will capture the needs of different market segments and become the Group's another revenue stream in the coming years.
