| Marks A Milestone in the Company's Development |
HONG KONG, Jan 13, 2014 - (ACN Newswire) - Eagle Ride Investment Holdings Limited ("Eagle Ride" or the "Company"; stock code: 901) today announced that the Company's English name has been changed from "Radford Capital Investment Limited" to "Eagle Ride Investment Holdings Limited" with effect from 7 January 2014.
The stock short name for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed to "EAGLERIDE INV". At the same time, the stock short names for trading in the Warrants on the Stock Exchange will be changed to "EAGLERIDE W1404" with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 17 January 2014. The warrant code of the Company on the Stock Exchange remains as "1307".
In addition, the website of the Company will be changed to "http://www.eaglerideinvestment.com" with effect from 13 January 2014.
