HONG KONG, May 21, 2014 - (ACN Newswire) - Renowned watch company China Haidian Holdings Limited ("China Haidian" or the "Group;" stock code: 256) is pleased to announce its shareholders have approved at the Annual General Meeting today the change of the Group's English name from "China Haidian Holdings Limited" to "Citychamp Watch & Jewellery Group Limited" to clearly reflect the Group's principal focus on the watch and jewelry business. The effective date of the name change will be announced in due course.
Mr. Hon Kwok Lung, Chairman of China Haidian, said, "The change of our company name marks a milestone of our development.
