HONG KONG, Sept 16, 2014 - (ACN Newswire) - China Success Finance Group Holdings Limited ("Success Finance" or "the Group;" Stock code: 3623.HK), China's first Hong Kong-listed non-state-owned investment and financial service provider for small and medium enterprises ("SMEs"), announced that it has appointed Mr. Chen Hui, an experienced former Vice Governor of a bank's headquarter, as the Group's CEO.
Mr. Zhang Tiewei, Chairman of Success Finance, said, "Mr. Chen is a veteran banker in Mainland China with extensive experience in working with banks and government organizations in China. His outstanding leadership skills and strategic vision will assist the Group in fully expanding its integrated financial services."
Mr. Chen Hui has more than 24 years of rich experience in the banking and finance industry, working in various bank and government positions in China since 1990. He has served in senior positions at China Development Bank in its Guangdong Province and Yunnan Province branch offices from 1999 to 2010. In 2010, he was invited to join Guangdong Nanyue Bank as its Vice Governor of the headquarter.
With his dynamic and strategic inspiration, Mr. Chen possesses in-depth understandings in developmental finance, inclusive finance and Internet finance, and is highly capable in cross-border integration and financial products combining. Mr. Chen's over 24 years in banking and finance industry presence, especially his expert knowledge in financial leasing, structural financing and fund management that gained from his supervisory role in commercial and investment banks, have furnished him with extremely strong execution and business development capabilities.
