Sound Global Won the Bid For BOT Project of Five Towns in Guangdong Province

HONG KONG, Dec 10, 2014 - (ACN Newswire) - Sound Global Ltd. ("Sound Global" or "the Company") hereby announces that it has won the bid for sewage treatment plant (Phase I) BOT project in five towns of Yangchun City, Guangdong Province, the PRC.

The project will be invested and constructed by Sound Global Ltd. which would firstly construct five township sewage treatment plants (Phase I) with a daily treatment capacity of 16,000 tonnes per day. The quality of water discharged is designed to meet Class I standard specified in Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants (DB44/26-2001)of local standard in Guangdong Province and Class I A standard as set out in the national standard for the Discharge Standards on Pollutants from Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB18918-2002) (whichever is stricter). Total investment for this project (Phase I) is approximately RMB45 million with a concession term of 26 years and 3 months (construction period inclusive). It will be Sound Global's first township bundled sewage treatment project in Guangdong Province.

Yangchun City, located at the middle upper course of the Moyangjiang in Guangdong Province, is the second largest county (city) of Guangdong Province. It is a transportation hub with a large population between the Pearl River Delta region and western Guangdong. There will be successively dozens of construction projects for township sewage treatment in Yangchun City. This project will plays an important role in environmental protection for ecological of Moyangjiang and Yangjiang City after completion.
