New institutional identity for the SYZ Group

GENEVE, CH, Feb 2, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - It is under the brand name SYZ that the eponymous Swiss banking group will be operating from now on. The new brand architecture makes it possible to clearly highlight the Group's business lines, which are Wealth Management and Asset Management. This change is reflected graphically in a new system of logos which strengthens the visibility of the main brand, while taking account of the changes in the shareholder structure. At the same time the graphic charter was reviewed in depth, with a modernized design of the logo, new fonts, an extended range of colours and a revisited visual universe. The corporate names of several companies in the Group have been altered accordingly.

A strengthened brand

The redesign of the logo and the simplification of the brand architecture distinctly strengthen the "SYZ" brand and make it possible to clearly highlight the Group's business lines.
Group: SYZ

Wealth Management: SYZ BANQUE PRIVEE
                   SYZ INDEPENDENT ASSET MANAGERS

Asset Management: SYZ ASSET MANAGEMENT
The OYSTER investment funds are now integrated in SYZ Asset Management, of which they are the flagship products.

Change of corporate names

In order to facilitate this change and homogenize the nomenclature, the corporate names of several companies in the Group have been altered. Banque SYZ SA has become Banque SYZ & CO SA, while SYZ Asset Management SA has changed to SYZ Asset Management (Suisse) SA.

Ongoing change

The SYZ logos have evolved regularly since the Bank was established in 1996 to adapt to the development of the Group. "This new visual identity visibly reflects the different elements of our DNA: technical sophistication, innovation and a forward-looking orientation. Our brand strategy will help to increase our visibility and brand awareness, while accompanying our international expansion", explained Eric Syz, CEO.
