HONG KONG, Feb 12, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Limited ("Freetech", or the "Group;" stock code: 6888), a leading and fast-growing service provider in the asphalt pavement maintenance ("APM") industry using "Hot-in-Place" recycling technology, today announced that the Group recently had obtained the approval from Jiangsu Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department to establish the post-doctoral innovation practice centre and carry out post-doctoral staff recruitment, training and research application works.
Provincial post-doctoral innovation practice centre is jointly established by universities, research institutions, enterprises and production units. It is an organisation which recruits and trains high-level post-doctors in order to conduct technological innovation and transformation. There are totalled 10 well-known Nanjing enterprises applied for this centre and the Group was the only candidate obtained the approval. Meanwhile, among all the post-doctoral innovation practice centres in Jiangsu Province, the Group is the only enterprise involves in the road maintenance industry. After setting up the centre, this will help the Group to attract more high-level talents to join in and by applying their research results, this will constantly enhancing the Group's technology.

Hot-in-Place Technology is used in asphalt pavement maintenance, an on-site, in-place technology that rehabilitates deteriorated asphalt pavements through heating, scarifying and mixing the damaged asphalt materials with new materials and thereby minimises the use of new materials. The primary purpose of this process is to repair pavement damages such as cracks, ruts and holes, and bumps.
