| New Name Reinforces Aim to Develop New Energy Business |
HONG KONG, Sept 14, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Noble House (China) Holdings Limited (the "Company," stock code: 8246) is pleased to announce that its English name is to be changed to "Northern New Energy Holdings Limited" (Stock short name:"NORTH NEWENERGY") with effect from 9:00am, 17 September 2015. The company's stock code remains unchanged at "8246." The new company name more clearly reflects the strategic direction of its business. The Company's logo has also been revised to match its new name with effect from today.
