HONG KONG, July 7, 2016 - (ACN Newswire) - Creative Energy Solutions Holdings Limited ("Creative Energy Solutions Holdings" or the "Group"; Stock Code: 8109) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Kirin Marketing Strategy Limited, which principally acts as the Group's marketing and promotion arm, has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("JV Agreement") with Zhongjun Investment Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zhongjun Capital Investment Management Co., Ltd. ("Zhongjun"). A grand signing ceremony was held at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong today to commemorate the occasion. The two parties plan to establish a joint venture company ("JV Company") focusing on developing financial products and related services. More than 100 guests from various sectors, including, HK government officials and celebrities from financial industry were present to witness the ceremony and get the details of the Group's latest business development.

According to the JV Agreement, the JV Company plans to develop a series of training courses, marketing and promotion activities at the initial stage. In addition, the JV Company will provide China veterans and their family members with no less than 50,000 places of study tours for five specific subjects including Investment, Medical Benefits, Retirement Protection, Business Start-up and Wealth Creation and Training. The Group has strived to develop a multidirectional and integrated financial platform in Greater China, this cooperation is set to boost the development of the Group's marketing and promotion frontiers, thus bringing new business opportunities for its insurance business.
Zhongjun is the only investment institution with military background in mainland China, aiming to provide asset management services for "Five Militaries, Three Groups". "Five Militaries" represents military industry enterprises, civil military enterprises, ADS's enterprises, military entrepreneurs' enterprises and discharged soldiers' distinguished enterprise, whereas "Three Groups" represents the existing discharged soldiers, their families and soldiers in active service.
The Group believes the establishment of the JV Company will enhance the competitiveness of both Kirin and Zhongjun in Hong Kong and China markets, and is in the interest of the Group and shareholders as a whole.
