HONG KONG, July 13, 2016 - (ACN Newswire) - Southwest Securities International Securities Limited ("Southwest Securities International" or the "Company") (stock code: 812.HK) solely sponsored Plover Bay Technologies Limited ("Plover Bay Technologies") (stock code: 1523.HK) IPO, was successfully listed on the Main Board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong ("HKEX") on 13 July 2016. The Shares offered under the Hong Kong Public Offering were subscribed approximately 46 times and the final issue price was set at an impressive near 20 times the historical P/E ratio.

Founded in 2006, the new listing, Plover Bay Technologies is a SD-WAN router vendor providing products and services to business and industrial users (from including the traffic, retail and education industries).
Southwest Securities International is the sole sponsor, sole global coordinator, sole bookrunner and sole lead manager of the IPO.
