Mr. Lu worked at the China Securities Regulatory Commission and held several positions including the Head of Legal Department and the Head of Institution Regulatory Department, Assistant to Director and Deputy Director of the Shandong Branch, and the Deputy Officer of the Listed Company Regulatory Department. Mr. Lu holds a doctorate degree in law from Wuhan University, and has a wealth of knowledge in China's Financial Law and financial innovation.
