Greater China Professional Group is based in Hong Kong with business covering the Greater China region, which comprises Greater China Appraisal ("GC Appraisal"), Sinox Fund Management (will be renamed as Greater China Capital)("GC Capital") and Greater China Corporate Consultancy & Services (GC Corporate Services). GC Appraisal provides assessment of corporate value and intangible assets, properties and industrial assets, together with financial risk management and consultancy services. GC Capital is a licensed corporation under the supervision of the HKSAR Securities and Futures Commission. It is licensed to perform Type 4, Type 6 and Type 9 regulated activities; namely to advise on securities, corporate finance; and to offer asset management services. GC Corporate Services provides a wide range of corporate services and support in related areas that a company requires, in particular the needs of listed companies.
