BEIJING, Apr 20, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - Isp.org.cn analyzes that China will surpass the United States to become the world's largest PC market. The rapid development of China's PC market will impact American companies, especially Microsoft. At present, 95% of PCs run Windows systems in the Chinese market, and more than 80% of enterprise PCs run Microsoft office software.
The data shows that the United States in global PC market share achieved only 20.4%, PC shipments were 71 million units. China's market share was 19.3%, PC shipment was 67.8 million units. If the Chinese market growth rate reaches 12%, China's PC shipment this year will surpass the United States.
