"Smart Dodging" and "Happy Happy Bang Bang" TV Series will be Broadcast through Momo TV in Taiwan |
HONG KONG, Sept 28, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - IMAGI International Holdings Limited ("IMAGI", together with its subsidiaries, "the Group"; SEHK: 0585) and its strategic partner Creative Power Entertaining Limited Liability Company ("CPE") are pleased to announce that on 27 September, 2011, two broadcasting agreements (the "Agreements") were signed between CPE and A Motion Artistry Inc. ("A Motion Artistry") whereby a total of 60 episodes of the "Smart Dodging" and 100 episodes of the "Happy Happy Bang Bang" TV series will be broadcast in Taiwan to fuel the further growth of "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" in Taiwan, including Penghu Islands, Kinmen Island and outlying island districts through Momo TV.
According to the Agreements, A Motion Artistry will cooperate with Win TV Broadcasting Company Limited ("Win TV Broadcasting"), to grant the right to broadcast "Smart Dodging" and "Happy Happy Bang Bang' to Momo TV, a cable television channel under Win TV Broadcasting, for three years. "Smart Dodging" and "Happy Happy Bang Bang" will be broadcast through Momo's standard definition and high definition channels in Taiwan.
As one of the most popular kid's channels in Taiwan, Momo TV has been broadcasting "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" TV series on the channel since 2008. At present, a total of 2,979,900 minutes of "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" have been televised on the channel with an overwhelming average 3+reach percentage of 63.8, making it the most popular animation on Momo TV in Taiwan*. "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" is also the first animation produced in Mainland China to be shown in Taiwan via Momo TV.
