東京, 2018年6月14日 - (JCN Newswire) - NECは、設計図面・仕様書・部品表などの製品技術情報を一元管理するPLM(Product Lifecycle Management)ソフトウェア「Obbligato III(オブリガート スリー)」において、AI(人工知能)を活用した設計支援機能などを強化し、本日より新製品の販売活動を開始します。
Obbligatoシリーズは、約900社への導入実績を有する国内トップシェア(注1)のPLMソフトウェアです。新製品では、NECの最先端AI技術である「RAPID機械学習」(注2)を活用して、ベテラン技術者の勘と経験を可視化し、経験の浅い技術者を支援する機能をオプションで提供します。これにより、経験の浅い技術者の早期立ち上げや設計品質の低下防止を実現します。
また、オープンソースソフトウェア(OSS)のデータベースであるPostgreSQLへの対応や、製造工程や生産設備などの製造プロセス情報(BOP：Bill of Process)管理における操作性向上などの基本機能を強化しました。これにより、柔軟かつ低コストでPLMシステムの導入・運用が可能となります。
AI技術を活用してベテラン技術者の暗黙知を形式知化し、設計業務を支援するPLMソフトウェアは世界初(注3)となります。
