SDK to Record Operating/Non-operating Expenses for Acquisition of Hitachi Chemical's Shares, and Extraordinary Loss |
| Showa Denko (SDK; TSE:4004) announces that it will record expenses of 21.6 billion yen, consisting of 4.3 billion yen operating expenses and 17.3 billion yen non-operating expenses, in the first half of 2020 with regard to its acquisition of shares in Hitachi Chemical Company, Ltd. (Hitachi Chemical). SDK will also record an extraordinary loss of 4.7 billion yen as it adjusts graphite electrode production capacity. more info >> |
