DENSO to Mass-produce Automotive Alternators Equipped with Newly Developed High-efficiency Diodes |
| DENSO has developed a high-efficiency diode for alternators for gasoline and diesel engine vehicles with the semi-conductor supplier, Hitachi Power Semiconductor Device, Ltd.
